All orders are pre-orders unless otherwise stated. Please see below for estimated delivery times:

Virgin Hair Orders – Collection: 5-7 working days
Virgin Hair Orders – Home Delivery: 7-8 working days
Express Shipping (Home Delivery or collection): 3 working days

Important Notes:

• Curly textures may require an additional 3+ days for preparation.

• Virgin Hair Orders require a minimum of 2 bundles per order.

• Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless they do not meet the minimum purchase requirement.

• We have a strict no refunds policy on all orders due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final.

• For home deliveries, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated via email or WhatsApp with the expected delivery time.

• If you experience any issues with your hair (e.g., defects, wrong product sent), please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
